Danger

"There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty." -- John Adams, 1772

That's a thought-invoking quote. On one had, I agree with the idea that someone who can endanger the public's liberty is dangerous. At the same time, it's a bit scary to me to have a mandidate to not trust a "type" of person.

Also, I find myself thinking that what one may consider a violation against freedom, another may consider an act to ensure it.

Blah it's 6pm. Must ... stop ... thinking ... mind ... frying ....
