Kick Her While She's Down

Not only are the Capitol Police contemplating filing charges against U.S. Rep. Cynthia McKinney, D-GA, following last week's altercation at the Capitol Building, but WSB-TV is reporting that she violated House rules by using office funds to pay for a trip to Atlanta for singer Isaac Hayes.
