Bush Finally Unites Country
Well, Bush finally proved that he is a uniter and not a divider.
Seems the entire country is pulling together against the administration's turning over management of six of America's ports to a company based in an Arab country. Most people protesting the move focus on the fact Arabs are involved and that it was Arabs that crashed the planes in New York and Washington.
The Administration points out that the previous company that managed the ports was based in the UK, so what's wrong with a company based in another country?
Well, the point is that the new company is owned by a foreign government. A foreign company is only concerned with profits. A foreign company owned by a foreign government will not only be concerned with profits, but may harbor other motives, as well.
Let's not even mention that men within the Administration have current or past ties to the company in question.
Will this be the last straw that unites the country against an Administration that considers themselves above the law?
We'll see.
