Joe wants to be cool

Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman had this to say about Ned Lamont's appearance on The Colbert Report:

I think you can try too hard to be cool and the coolness can come back to hit you in the face.

Lamont is Lieberman's Democratic primary opponent.
