Stop the Presses: Lawyer Does Good

Browsing around the blogosphere I stumbled over this post about a lawyer who helped a woman with a brain injury. She's lucky to have friends who care enough to help her out.

Seems like in today's world, with thugs in charge of the government, we're all on our own. Unless we have so much we don't need any more, then the handouts (tax breaks, no-bid contracts) fall into your lap.

Even though the lawyer was getting a cut of any settlement (that's how it works, folks), I'm not jaded so much I can't think that they wouldn't be doing it if, at least on some level, they really care.

We need more caring, sharing and helping. God bless anyone who does, no matter the reason.
